SMS text-messaging program
- Program name. Apex Pool & Spa Renovation estimate & appointment messaging.
- Program description. When you request a free estimate and provide your phone number, we send text messages to schedule your appointment, answer questions about your pool or spa project, and share occasional related promotions. We only text people who submitted their information and agreed to be contacted; we never text purchased or cold lists.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.Apex Pool & Spa Renovation does not charge for the messages.
- HELP. For help, reply HELP to any message or email us at info@apexpoolrenovation.com.
- Opt out. You can cancel the text-messaging service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time or reply START.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Estimates & website
Estimates, designs, and pricing shared before a signed contract are preliminary and may change after an in-person site visit. Photos and renderings on this site are illustrative. A written contract governs any actual work; nothing on this website is a binding offer.
